We have been working on something important these past months, and today we are finally ready to share it: Amanda now supports more than 100 languages, and that’s a big step toward safer communities everywhere.
When we first launched Amanda, we set a clear quality bar for every language we shipped. We did not want basic translation level understanding. We wanted real Trust and Safety understanding. That meant slang, tone, sarcasm, regional context, and the many ways harmful behaviour appears across cultures.
Holding that standard meant onboarding new languages took time. And as many of our customers expanded into new regions, the need for faster language support became impossible to ignore.
So we changed our approach.

Most languages now work out of the box.
Community specific tuning still sharpens the model’s accuracy, but it now takes a fraction of the time and data it used to.
Our mission is safe digital lives. Everywhere people connect. This update takes us another step toward that future.
What this means for you
- Launch new languages very fast
- Lower operational cost
- Better support for regions that are often overlooked
- High accuracy from day one
- A more consistent, safer experience for users everywhere they connect
